Co-curricula Activities:
- Global Village, Advisor Dana Macrigiane
Motto: Raising awareness makes a difference.
Global Village is a club dedicated to raising awareness about world events within the student body. The club focuses on the importance of human rights throughout the world and fundraises accordingly.
- The Mock Trial Club, Advisor Joe Ko
The Mock Trial Club participates in the annual Mock Trial Tournament sponsored and run by the New York State Bar Association. Students learn to play the roles of attorneys and witnesses in an actual trial presided over by real-life attorneys and judges. Through this activity, students learn to work together as a team to develop their skills in argumentation, public-speaking, and role-playing. The club meets in the fall and winter to prepare and practice for the annual tournament which begins in February. All students are welcome to attend and participate.
